What particularly is cell phone tracking?

Cell phone tracking can also be known as cell phone triangulation. This term was coined by Delaunay, his views caused this to be known as triangulation, as a form of a way to collect data and decipher it in a fashion to find where a cell phone is located. Also another term used in the search for cell phone triangulation, is the term The Voronoi Diagram. This is a diagram used to find where a cell phone is located, it is to hard to describe it, therefore follow the links below (the diagram uses highly complex moving geometric shapes to find where a cell phone is located), here is a link to the website where most data on the subject can be located:

The Voronoi Diagram, the java applet, the Delaunay Triangulation method, the Eigensolve algorithm, and Hybrid Trigonometrical Differential Evolution for Optimizing Harmonics Distribution (a paper written by poly-tech), are a good place to start with the never-ending quest for the search for knowledge on cellular phone tracking, but so are these phrases in google:

I know I know, you're wondering, when will he get down to the actual tutorial on cell phone tracking... Well the bad news is, I can't really tell you legally, and even if I could tell you legally, I couldn't because I do not retain the knowledge. I have found websites (pasted below) that help, and some other stuff that helps, but other than that, I don't know how to track a cell phone digitally by hacking into a cell tower, although, I know how to hack the cell tower, just not how to interface the data on a map to determine the location. Ahhh, the knowledge shall be left to another day, another time. If anyone does pocess the knowledge on how to track a cell phone, be it by pinging, or other methouds, I would love to know how to do it, send an email to me (see below for address) and I will post it here, or somewhere else per your instructions. For anyone else, that does not hold the knowledge, those phrases above are a good place to start, they have led me onto some good information.
